A disc of concentric ribbed rings with rays standing up all the way around, and two stones set flat into the center — one deep blue, one clear. The rays are individually formed, so no two catch the light together.
Every culture that built anything built something to face the sun. Not out of worship so much as arithmetic: it is the one thing that has never failed to return, and calendars, harvests and whole religions were organized around that reliability.
This is the ring for the stage where the life she is living has stopped being a recovery and started being the plan. Nothing about it is subtle, and that is the entire point.
